INTRODUCTION
The extensive range of Teconnex Band Clamps offer clamping solutions for a variety of hose sealing and retaining applications. We can offer a extensive range of styles and sizes designed to suit individual applications and environments. Standard clamps are made of dressed edge strip which alleviates fretting problems when used in hose applications. Bevel edge clamps are also available. By selecting from the wide choice of design and closure mechanisms, we are confident our band clamps can operate reliably and safely under conditions of stress, vibration, corrosion and temperature variation.

Band Clamps are used within diverse markets including Aerospace,
Automotive, Ducting/Air Conditioning, Materials Handling and many more. To meet the demands of these markets, Teconnex clamps are made from traceable material stocks.

Teconnex offers a range of bolting in various materials including: Austenitic, Martensitic and plated carbon steels.

A range of nuts are also available to suit numerous application requirements.

CLOSURE MECHANISMS - Teconnex can offer over fifty different closure mechanisms to cover the spectrum of application requirements and design/manufacturing constraints. The first three closure mechanisms depicted represent the most common core variants: T-Bolted, Quick Coupler and Lever operated. (Refer to Fig 2). Teconnex also offers clamps with multiple closure mechanisms (e.g. double bolted, Bolt and lever etc.), as well as hinged designs.
